The need of a cooperative work between the Ibero American countries gave us a few years ago the boos to establish Cádiz as a meeting and colaboration place, with the aim of designing shared strategies for the improvement of Theatre for Children and Young people.
We are aware that working together it is possible to reach levels that we wouldn’t get on our own. That’s why, despite the financial difficulties that the national centers are going through, we have organized this new meeting.
· AIMS
- To exchange experiences and activities developed in each country.
- Cultural institutions relation and support.
- To coordinate common projects.
- To define and discuss common problems.
- To unify proposals facing the ASSITEJ Internacional General Assembly.
· ACTIVITIES
The meeting main issue will be about the discussion about our ambitious project of the common catalogue “Theater for Children and Young People Iberoamerican American Digital Library”. The delegates will inform about the work they have been doing regarding this project.
· PARTICIPANTS
Delegates from ASSITEJ Spain, ATINA (Argentina), PARASSITEJ (Paraguay) and Portugal will attend the meeting.
